This page explains how we handle personal data, customer material, orders, measurement and responsibility. A proposal or separate agreement may add terms for a specific assignment.

PRIVACY INFORMATION
Personal data with a defined purpose.
Brokers & Xpandi AB, company number 556923-5228, is the data controller when it decides why and how personal data is processed for its own contacts, orders and administration.
Data we may process
Name, email, phone number, company details, invoice details, selected service, messages, campaign source and the page that led to a contact or order. Customer documents may be processed in an agreed assignment.
Why it is processed
To answer requests, manage orders, assess and deliver assignments, provide support, invoice, keep accounting records, protect the service and handle legal claims.
Legal basis
Contract or steps before a contract are used for orders and delivery. Legitimate interests may be used for customer service, security and reasonable business follow-up. Legal obligations apply to accounting. Consent is requested separately where required.
Who may receive data
Authorised people at BolagsAI and suppliers needed for hosting, storage, email, invoicing or an agreed delivery. Suppliers may process data only for defined purposes and under applicable agreements.
Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose, the contract, safe follow-up or a legal obligation. Accounting records are kept as required by law. Customer material follows the assignment's retention plan.
Automated decisions
The contact and order forms are not used for decisions made solely by automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask how your data is used.
Where the conditions in the GDPR are met, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn without making earlier processing unlawful.
Use the contact form or email kontakt@bolagsai.se. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
COOKIES AND TECHNICAL STORAGE
Measurement controlled by your choice.
If you allow measurement, BolagsAI stores a random session ID and campaign attribution in your browser's session storage. We record page path, language, referrer, UTM source and steps such as a visit, a started or completed calculator, a submitted contact request and an order. Event statistics do not contain your name, email or phone number. If Google Analytics or Google Ads is connected, corresponding measurement data may be sent to Google and Google may use measurement cookies after your approval. The Google tag is not loaded before approval. Measurement is used for statistics, campaign assessment and website improvement, not for personalised ads. No optional measurement runs if you decline. The privacy preference itself is saved so the site can remember your choice. You can change it at any time through the Privacy choices button.
GENERAL SERVICE TERMS
The agreed assignment controls the delivery.
These terms apply unless a proposal, order confirmation or separate agreement states otherwise.
Business customers
Services on this website are offered to businesses. The person ordering confirms that they are authorised to represent the company.
Agreement and scope
A company order becomes binding when an authorised person submits the order form and accepts the terms. The order confirmation, proposal or separate agreement defines the exact scope and takes priority if details differ.
Price and payment
Prices exclude VAT. Payment terms are 10 days unless agreed otherwise. No card payment is taken on the website.
Analysis and advice
BolagsAI provides analysis, an action plan and advice within the purchased scope. Implementation is not included in these fixed prices.
Implementation by quote
After an Action Plan, BolagsAI may build agreed parts in the customer's own systems. Scope, access, testing, responsibility, price and any support are governed by a separate quote or agreement.
Ownership and control
The customer retains its material, accounts and data and owns the paid customer-specific result under the agreement. Third-party products and services remain subject to their own licence terms.
Delivery
Work begins when agreed conditions are met, including complete input and payment where required. Delays in customer input may move the delivery date.
Customer material
The customer is responsible for providing relevant and lawful material and for having the right to share it. Do not provide passwords, authentication codes, secret keys or personal data that is not needed.
AI and professional judgement
Recommendations may use AI-assisted methods but are reviewed according to the assignment. Results are decision support, not a guarantee. The customer remains responsible for its business, legal, financial, employment and operational decisions.
Liability
BolagsAI is responsible for performing the agreed service with reasonable professional care. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, liability is limited to direct loss and the fee paid for the affected assignment. Indirect loss, lost profit and decisions taken outside the agreed scope are excluded.
DATA PROTECTION AND CUSTOMER MATERIAL

Customer documents are used only for the service the customer has ordered. Access is limited to authorised people and suppliers needed for the agreed delivery.
Purpose limitation
Material is used only for the assignment and related administration.
Minimum access
Only people who need the material for the service should have access.
Private transfer
When documents are needed, BolagsAI provides a designated private route or agrees another suitable method.
Deletion
Material is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed under the assignment, law or an agreed retention period.
